Blush prides itself in offering the highest level of customer service. You will find everything you need in this section to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Our goal is to provide affordable luxury without compromise.


 how to shop

Use our left navigation links to browse our products by category or sub-category. You will arrive at a screen containing the product results. From here, you have the option to further refine your selection by using our filters (size, color, fabric, price range) and/or click on a product to obtain additional detail.


You may also use our search box situated on the left-hand side of the website to browse by various keywords, such as:


  • Product type (search examples: bras, panties, babydolls, etc.)
  • Color (search examples: black, nude, red, etc.)
  • Size (search examples: S, M, L, 32A, 34B, 36C, etc.)
  • Fabric (search examples: lace, microfiber, mesh, modal, etc.)

 placing an order

When you are in a product detail page, select your color, size and quantity, then click add to my blush tote.


Once you have added an item to your blush tote, you may continue shopping or checkout. To checkout, simply click checkout on the left-hand side navigation menu and you will be brought to your tote.


From your blush tote, you can:


  • Modify quantity
  • Remove an item
  • Apply a promotional code

 checking out

When you are ready to purchase the items in your tote, click the checkout button. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. If you do not have a registered account, you will have the opportunity to create one, or the option to checkout as a guest.


Checkout involves 5 simple steps:


  • Enter your billing address (if you are a registered shopper and/or have made previous purchases, your default billing information will automatically appear). Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card statement is sent.
  • Enter your shipping address (if you are a registered shopper and/or have made previous purchases, your default shipping information will automatically appear).
  • Select a shipping method.
  • Provide your Blush gift card and/or credit card information
  • Review your order to ensure all is correct and click submit order.

 payment

  • Blush provides a fully secure shopping environment and is a "DigiCert Secure" site. All credit cards and other personal/confidential information are encrypted using SSL technology.
  • Blush accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal and Blush gift cards.
  • Your credit card information will not be saved once you make a purchase.
  • Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your credit card. Your card will only be processed once your order has been shipped.

Should you wish to modify your order, please contact Blush customer care or phone us at 1.800.68.BLUSH. Certain revisions may be made, as long as your order has not yet been processed.


Should your wish to cancel your order, please contact Blush customer care or phoning us at 1.800.68.BLUSH. We can accommodate cancellations, as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

 item availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.

 sales tax

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax.

 customs & duties

The prices indicated on our site are inclusive of any applicable customs broker fees and/or duties. There should never be any additional charges due upon delivery. In the event that you are charged for any customs broker fees and/or duties, simply contact Blush customer care or phone us at 1.800.68.BLUSH to request a reimbursement.

 price adjustments

If previously purchased merchandise on us.blushlingerie.com is marked down on us.blushlingerie.com within seven (7) days of the original order date, Blush will offer a one time price adjustment.


  • To receive a price adjustment, kindly contact Blush customer care or phone us at 1.800.68.BLUSH.
  • Please include your original order reference number with your request.
  • No adjustments will be made for purchased items on sale at any other retailer or web store.
